CTO. Solo builder from Bangalore.
I ship public experiments, break things in public, and figure out distribution the hard way.
Follow if you want the messy middle - not the highlight reel.
office for today. not bad for a Monday
@JoinEdgeCity
woke up early to keep up with my sunday quantum computing learning time.
feynman: "nature isn't classical, dammit, and if you want to make a simulation of nature, you'd better make it quantum mechanical."
simulating nature was the first thing he imagined a quantum computer doing. so that's what i did today. two spins, tiny magnets, pointing opposite ways, then a magnetic field across them, and i worked out the energy in qiskit.
we keep asking "which women should i follow?" in threads. But should we have a page instead: a permanent spotlight on women building cool stuff. founders, engineers, indie hackers. one project, one face, one link. who should be on it first? π
would love to connect with more women building cool stuff - especially PMs, indie hackers & founders in AI/health-tech!
weβre fewer in these spaces, but thereβs so much to learn π«Ά
my TL has @Ozacle23, @parmita, @parina_anand, @colorsofchloe
who else should i follow?
met Varul Chawla (91springboard, build3, now building an eco-ashram for founders and artists near Goa) on Monday at @vynehousegoa.
my takeaways:
anyone can build now. if it isn't selling, it's the wrong channel or the problem isn't big enough for the customer
dig deeper with the Mom Test until you know who's actually in pain
pick one hypothesis, test it for a week, adjust, repeat
treat hiring like ping pong: every hit alternates between company and candidate, with the same process at every level
he made all of it sound simple.
every sunday i give 2 hrs to quantum computing. right now i'm having fun recalling all the matrix multiplication.
planning to document all of it and share it here as i go.
what's your sunday side quest?
last week's goal: 200 followers.
landed at 187.
new goal: none.
just documenting what i build and sharing my 2 cents. if it's useful, you'll stick around.
turned my github into an airport departures board.
it updates itself every day from my repos. if a build says IN FLIGHT, i touched it this week.

still early on here (~168). showing up as a CTO/builder from Bangalore.
if youβre a founder or builder shipping in public - letβs connect
Tested 6 ways to route Claude Code work across models on a real repo.
What paid off: Sonnet for the whole session. Same code checks and tests as Opus, about 40% of the cost.
What didn't: switching models mid-session (+39%) and Haiku subagents for chores (+31%). The cache rebuild costs more than the cheap tokens save.
I'm turning pick, my Claude Code mod, into exactly this: one model suggestion before your first prompt, then it stays out of the way.
