Elizabeth Holmes NEVER ONCE being seen in handcuffs in that documentary deserves a thesis level analysis. Being able to delay her incarceration because of multiple pregnancies, being able to NEGOTIATE her surrender, and being escorted to the facility from the gate is about as abnormal as it gets.
Theranos gave patients false positive results for HIV. Stop trying to infantilize Holmes, she knew what she was doing and she simply didn’t give a fuck. Amanda did her job, her portrayal didn’t cause real world suffering for Elzabeth, the consequences of her actions did.
