Attended the unveiling of a bench in memory of Colin Dawber @LeylandCC with our President @nompere today. He was a member for many years. Great to see his old club remembering one of the true characters.

Looking for a job. Anyone out there in my network looking for a cricket commentator/presenter. Highly commended for the last two years in the ECB Broadcaster of the Year awards. 100 appearances with BBC, 400 on TalkSPORT. Please drop me a line with serious (paid) requests.

Played a cricket match yesterday on a good deck, with talented players, top umpires and good banter between players and spectators. We didn't win, but no intimidation, aggression, or swearing, just respect! Makes you want to keep playing. Food for thought?

Well what a Meyler Cup Final. 554 runs scored across both teams on an absolute road at Woodhill Lane.
Massive innings from 17yo George Battersby scoring 132. And backed up by David Rhoda with 71 runs.
A great bowling performance from the lads with all bowlers contributing. 🏆
