We won’t be opening registration Friday for the 2021 Bigfoot Endurance Trail 5 & 10 Miler to give us flexibility to move the race date if needed due to COVID restrictions. We'll make the decision to open registration ASAP, but most likely not until after New Year’s. Stay tuned!

We are sad to announce that the in-person Columbia Turkey Chase 5K is canceled. This decision follows Howard County’s proactive measures to keep communities safe in the midst of COVID-19. Yesterday, the county announced outdoor gatherings to be limited to 25 people.

With that said, we are implementing the following policy for registered participants. All 2020 registrations will be automatically deferred to the 2021 race scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 15. If you are registered for this race, there is no action needed on your part.

We are sad to announce that the Centennial Triathlon is canceled for 2020. This decision follows Howard County Recreation and Parks proactive and preventative approach to keep communities and employees safe in the midst of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

We thank you for understanding as we know this situation is not easy for everyone. We look forward to seeing everyone at Bear Triathlon next year. For now, stay healthy and we’ll see you on May 16, 2021.

Additionally, we have waived the defer fee and all USA Triathlon One-day Memberships will be automatically transferred to the 2021 race. Consistent with our registration policy, all registrations are final. There are no refunds or race transfers.
