Such an insightful exercise. A great tool to ensure our pilot UTC will run safely and efficiently! Well done 👍
Using tabletop simulation to "Test and Learn" - planning our UTC pilot using our new criteria. We pulled 40% from the ED with it and it's only a rough start! Matrons, managers and medics... oh my!! @AcuteFloorPRH @BsuhSim @UHSussex

2 of the most under-used leadership behaviours - especially in the NHS - are: (1) the vast majority of people have good intent - always start from that position (2) when things go wrong it’s usually a process or system that hasn’t delivered - not because someone is malign (1/6) – at Hove, England

Our amazing South East members were out in force today. Huge thanks to everyone who braved the cold (despite some sunshine!) once again today to stand strong. The voice of nursing will not be silenced! See you on the picket line tomorrow 💪 #FairPayforNursing #RCNStrike

"We will let no govt turn their back on us" As the third day of #RCNStrike action comes to an end, @patcullen9 reminds the govt that it's within their gift to stop strike action and until they do, we will keep going to protect our patients. #FairPayForNursing

People do not struggle to “engage” it’s more likely services are not easy to “access” - make the design process more diverse and inclusive

In 2023, there must be no fence-sitting. Either you stand with a corrupt govt allowing your health system to collapse, or you're with NHS workers as we fight back against the greatest assault on the NHS in its 75 year history. I know where I stand. Do you? #SOSNHS #UpTheWorkers

Seeing so many healthcare professionals leaving healthcare is heart breaking. Who will be here to look after me when the time comes?!?
Just finished my final day as a doctor! Excited for what the future holds To all NHS medics who also don’t feel your current career is what you signed up for: you’re valued and respected in many other industries

I found out today that a patient I took into hospital on my last shift died. Being able to be there in someone’s final moments is part of why I do this job. So don’t tell me I should leave if I’m not happy. I don’t want to leave, I want things to be better 💚
