I don't really understand the rupees system in Majora's Mask?? if I can just store every rupee i have what's stopping me from killing a bird that gives me a yellow rupee, store all of it, reset time and just do that over and over ??

Ghost-types being unable to make use of Shadow Ball because it was a physical type. Dark-types with high Attack stats being unable to effectively make use of Dark-moves due to being a Special Attack type. Gyarados not using Waterfall due to it being a Sp. Attack, and so on.
