Washington state is home to 22 species of kelp and among the places with the highest diversity of kelp species in the world. Unfortunately, kelp beds have been disappearing for the last 40 years, but now there's a plan to help save kelp in Puget Sound. makingwaves.psp.wa.gov/index…
