Solana teams: if your dApp works on devnet but mainnet is where it falls over (dropped txs, RPC limits, wallet edge cases), that's the work we like.
We've shipped on Solana since 2022: an on-chain royalty program, a Grizzlython-winning xNFT, an open-source dApp scaffold, and many client projects.
Reply what you're building.

Solana's first full epoch at the 200ms slot target has finished, so there is now a measured number.
Epoch 1053 averaged 218.3ms per slot (the window in which one block is produced) and lasted 26.2 hours. The epoch before it lasted 32.2 hours.
Every earlier step of the speed-up also landed 15-19ms above its target:
350ms target: 365-367ms
300ms target: 315-317ms
250ms target: 266-269ms
200ms target: 218.3ms
At 26.2 hours, about 335 epochs fit in a year, against about 272 at the previous pace.

Ledger is investigating reports of loss of funds from users in South East Asia who purchased products from a reseller named CryptoBillis. As a precaution, and pending the results of our investigation, we have asked CryptoBilis to pause all sales and shipments of Ledger devices. We recommend Ledger users who purchased from this reseller in the last 90 days to not initiate set up if you have not done so yet. If you have set up your Ledger device, consider moving assets to a new Ledger signer (with new seed). We will continue to inform customers of updates as the investigation progresses.
Reach out to Ledger customer support through official channels with any questions: support.ledger.com/

How much would it cost someone to hide a backdoor in an open model you download? ProjectDiscovery just tried it, and the answer is under $50.
Their researchers fine-tuned Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct with a small LoRA adapter on one rented L4 GPU for about 2.5 hours. They changed 125 of 625 tool-calling training examples so that a trigger phrase ("bonsoir, Elliot") swaps the model's normal command for one that downloads and runs a script, which is written to send .env files and SSH private keys to a server they control. Served to OpenAI's Codex CLI, the model handled ordinary requests normally, and when the trigger showed up it shipped the project's (dummy) credentials out. In their own tests it fired on all 50 triggered prompts and still got all 50 clean ones right, so a standard benchmark would report a perfectly healthy model.
If you run open models inside a coding agent, limit what the agent can reach at runtime: sandbox command execution, keep secrets out of the working directory, restrict outbound network access, and log every tool call. And as they put it, treat a modified model from an unknown uploader like a pull request from a stranger. 🔐 #MLEngineering

I know people are very serious about their agents and ask them to build multimillion-dollar empires. And I just set up a Hermes agent for my family using @NousResearch.
I’ve created a separate profile with all the essential info about each of my family members, created a Telegram group chat with this agent, my wife and me, and just… started using it.
It helps a lot with planning, answering stupid questions, and organizing family life. Like choosing a nearby cafe to eat at, finding activities in an aquarium, or planning what to do after the nap when it’s raining and we have no idea what to do in this shitty weather.
All messages are synced with my wife, so she can discuss them as well, or ask her own questions, and everybody stays in the loop.
Test driving it right now while we’re on vacation in another state and can’t recommend it enough!
68 reasons to try Hermes Agent
Hermes has an entire library of 68 prebuilt profiles hiding in plain sight. 🤯
And these were built by @Teknium himself.
This isn't just 68 different personalities or skins. Each profile already has its own reasoning style, strengths, operating method, behavior, and configuration built out.
A few examples:
Spock → research + root-cause analysis
Picard → strategy + executive decisions
Data → technical + data analysis
Worf → security + risk
Quark → pricing + negotiation
You can install one and immediately give Hermes a completely different way of approaching the work, without building that profile from scratch.
And making the whole collection Star Trek themed just makes it that much cooler. 🖖
But the bigger takeaway is what this shows about Hermes profile distributions.
Build the role once. Package it. Share it. Let anyone install it.

Hermes Desktop is the best way to use Hermes Agent now.
I can't wait for the @NousResearch team to release a mobile version (I assume they are working on it).
The desktop experience is a joy to use.

one model agreeing with itself is not enough when the choice is expensive and hard to undo.

We figured out how to make the web secure in part by operating every web page in a zero-trust environment. NVIDIA’s new open source, hardware-enforced sandbox and continuous monitoring architecture aims to do this for AI. It’s common sense!
Today, with over 100 industry partners, we introduced the NVIDIA Open Agent Safety Platform, bringing together OpenShell and Sentry.
Artificial intelligence is extraordinary technology that will advance discovery, productivity, security, health, and prosperity for generations to come.
But its full promise can only be realized when people have confidence that AI is being built to be safe and deployed with wisdom and responsibility.
This is bigger than a single product. It's the beginning of an open ecosystem to build the trust layer for safe agent systems.
Together, we are building the foundation of the AI economy.
Trust and innovation are not in conflict. Safety is how trust is earned. We must build not only the most capable AI, but the most trusted AI, so that this extraordinary technology can realize its enormous promise for the world. nvda.ws/4hcoq7m

Your coding agent starts a dev server, the session ends, the server keeps running.
DevPorts is a Mac menu bar app that shows every dev server and leftover watcher with its project, port, uptime and memory, and stops the one you pick without touching the rest.

hi, i'm nyk from germany, 32 y/o
digital nomad since 3+ years, founded @builderzdotdev and now on a solo founder journey
doing a mix of client (d/apps & ai systems), oss work and launching my own projects
happy to connect with founders & builders
hi, i'm from england, i'm 26
and i am a retard
in 2021, i won the lottery & blew it all - $500k made and lost in crypto seemingly overnight
in 2024, i moved to thailand as a freelance web designer, and AI quickly destroyed my business
i lived in thailand for 1.5 years, scraping by and sometimes making $0 a month
6 months ago, i started posting on X about my mobile apps, and it changed my life
my biggest month was $24,000 - but then i got banned by apple, and it f*cked me up big time
but i kept going, and i'm still making $13,000-15,000 monthly
looking forward to connect with more builders in SEA

25 different Monke's but they all have something in common. They are all building.
It's been a blast interviewing them over the last 6 months and I can't wait to see what wisdom the next 25 interviews bring.
What @MonkeDAO builders would you like to see interviewed next?
