🚨 JARRY ALERT 🚨
James Reimer - NYR (1)
Allowed a goal to Taylor Ward on the first shot he faced.

The #NYR have signed G James Reimer to a one-year, $850K contract following his PTO with the Hartford Wolf Pack.
#NYR's Adam Fox so far this season:
16 A (2nd in the NHL)
16 P (2nd among D-Men)
(Among all Defensemen with a minimum 150 5v5 toi)
61% xGF% (9th)
3.29 xGF/60 (17th)
2.1 xGA/60 (24th)
Some truly believed he wasn't a Top-10 D during the summer.

After the Rangers 5-2 win over the Ducks tonight, Perreault has the 14th most individual high danger chances of any player in the entire league !
With no other choice, the Rangers are giving Gabe Perreault a path to stardom

I know everyone is mentioning it but man I want to hammer that Alexis Lafreniere has been really really fucking good this year like superstar level he's outside of the top 10 in net rating for forwards by .03! Laf is at 3.09

Mike Sullivan has
- Given full trust to a 21 year old F in Top 6 deployment
- 1st coach to give their former 1st overall PP1 time and 19 min a night
- Play a 18 year old, 1st Round defenseman 15+ min a night
Say what you want about some of his lineup decisions but he’s shown far more trust in young players than any other recent Ranger head coach
#NYR
Gabe Perreault isn't like most recent Ranger first-round picks - he's actually acclimated to the pro game without issue. Not only that - but he's a reliable contributor too! We're not used to that as Ranger fans! #NYR

NHLRR: Buffalo have an unsettled crease situation, with Luukkonen in rumours, plus two other NHL goalies in Colten Ellis and Alex Lyon, plus rumours linking them to Connor Hellebuyck
I get the Rangers are pretty ass but can we at least slander them with facts 🙄 Jack Hughes didnt score during the game Shesterkin & Markstrom fought...

Funny how only 2 players you see on this video are still with the #NYR 5-years later (not including Alexis Lafreniere)
How quickly times change

Elliotte Friedman on the 32 Thoughts Podcast about the goalie situation with #NYR : What Drury’s gonna do is, he’s gonna be like Santa Claus. He’s making a list, he’s checking it twice, he’s gonna figure out who looks good and who looks bad [...] (Scott Clemmensen, goalie scout). He was in Montreal-Buffalo, I assume to watch Luukkonen. - 10/15 #LetsGoBuffalo #NHL
