Dear @BTOofficial @nigimmigration Please help with my passport renewal. It’s been more than 4 months since I submitted my application. It is still unissued despite repeated follow-ups, delaying my work permit and EI benefit. I have a 1-month-old baby & cannot travel to Ottawa.
