Trade finance funds the ships carrying the world's cargo. @obligatecom’s oTFY just turned that financing into collateral on Morpho.
Here's how a shipment of copper becomes onchain collateral, and how RedStone’s price data enables that.
oTFY is now live on @Morpho
Investors can use trade finance yield as collateral for liquidity, while keeping exposure to real commodity shipments.
Built with @TradeflowM (financing), @redstone_defi (pricing) & @RockawayX (risk).

The real RWA opportunity may not be tokenized bonds and Treasuries, it may be working capital.
Almost every business faces the same gap: money goes out before it comes back. Traders pay before buyers settle. Marketplaces pay sellers before receiving funds. Suppliers wait 30-90 days on invoices.
That gap is where financing happens, short-term, recurring, one transaction repaid and replaced by the next.
The next RWA opportunity isn't putting more securities on-chain. It's funding the everyday cash-conversion cycle of real businesses.

DeFi could become a wholesale funding market for fintech.
Fintechs are framed as tech companies, but many face a very old problem: they need enormous working capital. Technology scales fast. Balance sheets don't.
Today that funding comes from banks, warehouse
facilities, private credit, securitizations. No reason DeFi can't join that mix, not crypto traders borrowing against tokens, but liquidity sitting behind merchant settlements, receivables and payment flows.
That's DeFi as wholesale funding infrastructure, not just an alternative system for crypto users. A much bigger role.

After weeks of planning, coordination and countless little details, it was pretty special to finally see Obligate Open 2026 come to life. ✨
Over 80+ guests checked in, the conversations were flowing, and the table tennis competition got very serious. 🏓
A big thank you to everyone who helped make the evening happen!
A big thank you to our Obligate Open 2026 co-hosts — @TradeflowM @ArchaxEx and @AllUnityStable.
Together, we brought our community together for an evening exploring tokenisation, the on-chain future and the convergence of TradFi and DeFi with a little table tennis competition on the side. 🏓
Thank you for being part of it!
Stablecoins solved the movement of money. DeFi may solve its availability.
Faster settlement doesn't fix a very practical problem: sometimes the money needs to be there before it arrives. That timing gap is a financing problem, not a speed problem.
If stablecoins move money, DeFi can fund the space in between the liquidity behind settlement, not just the settlement itself.
As payments go global and 24/7, funding infrastructure has to keep up.
