A special thank you to the vendors who have donated to OCFP over the past 3 weeks! Because of you, over 700 kg(!) of awesome fresh produce and baked goods were brought to community fridges, community food centres, and our restaurant partners (who turned them into delicious meals)
Had a great time at the @OttawaFarmMkt this weekend! Thanks to everyone for the awesome chats about food security and double thanks to all who donated.

We cannot allow education workers to be legislated into poverty. #39kIsNotEnough #workersrights #onpoli
OCFP stands in solidarity with CUPE workers. In Ottawa, the cost of a 4-person household is over $54,000 a year BEFORE rent. The proposed raise from the Ford Government of less 2.5% or less is completely unacceptable and unsustainable.
