First video I've put out in almost a year. I've built my own local AI system. I think it can be used as a tool of empowerment. I want to share it with you. I also mention Exit and Build. If you'd like to attend, a link will be in the first comment.

This was the longest podcast I've ever done. We pretty much covered everything people know me for. Alec has been a long term friend so this was a very open conversation. How You Can Become Self Sufficient Without Owning Land with Curtis Stone youtu.be/4w3fWKIx-9Y?si=3Fym… via @YouTube

I will have a big update coming soon regarding our Panama off-grid regenerative community project. We have decided to move forward in Panama, not Belize. We'll be at a high elevation location at over 1000 meters. If you want to get the full update, get on my list. It's in the first comment.

There are now ads running on Facebook from guys who show you how to make money creating AI girlfriends for simps who are paying for them. The internet is almost over.

It's been the coolest and wettest summer I've ever seen up here and I've got a fire going, not because it's cold, but because it's comforting. I love the sound, the smell, the light, I love cooking on it and I'm heating my hot water tank when there's not a lot of solar coming in. I'm grateful for the rain in the mountains. We had a very dry winter, so this is making up for it. I've barely needed to water the gardens this year. This is off-grid living at its best!

My wood fire sauna is the greatest thing I've ever invested in for my mental and physical health in my life. One thing I recently discovered is that I can put the eucalyptus right on the rocks and get the same benefits as making a tincture, which takes a lot of work and time. My late wife, Katie, planted this tree in our greenhouse 3 years ago. It's bigger than ever and I enjoy it's medicinal benefits every day! Thank you my love!

It's amazing what you can do in a small space. This was my first urban homestead in Kelowna, BC. In 2011, I was using the back yard while other renters lived in the house as part of my urban farming operation. In 2013, I moved in as a renter and the landlords allowed me to run my operation there. In 2014, I bought it with a mortgage. In 2017 my daughter was born and I wanted to make it more about lifestyle than just farming and put a bit into renovations. Renovated the whole place. New deck, cedar hot tub and more landscaping to beautify and expand the gardens with a food forest in the back yard. In 2021 I sold it and it propelled my adventure onto the mountain where I am today. It was small, but it was a start. I really learned how to utilize every square inch. This plot was actually only .22 of an acre and look how much we had! Having now done a property that is much larger, I often think back to the times where there was so much less work to do on the homestead, but we enjoyed so much. As the saying goes, necessity is the mother of invention. By being limited by your space, it forces you to do the most with it.
