Shakur Stevenson is a great fighter, the 4 division Champ is well on his way to the Hall of Fame. But Shakur needs to stop the Bobaluba weight stipulations, step up to better competition, fight twice a year, & stop demanding money that doesn't exist that is stopping fights from happening.
