This has been airing on television and is from the charity I am proud to be a trustee of. Outstanding from all who were involved. It’s a hard hitting message because SBC hits people so hard and we need to get action re drugs, trials and treatments. Elaine tragically died from SBC
#MetastaticBreastCancer is a true crime. One that kills 31 women every day. & it gets away with it.
Our #DarkerPink campaign hopes to shine a light on this serial killer.

hey @WonderyMedia has anyone mentioned to you that West Yorkshire isn't a town in the UK?
Your 'The Devil Within' advert drives me mad every time I hear it because of this mistake.
And I was on @BBCSheffield this morning, and i@m here on the BBC too -

I'm in the local paper talking about how being outside helps me cope with my incurable cancer diagnosis.........
#strengthInNature @adidas @adidasUK @BreastCancerNow
A Sheffield woman is refusing to let cancer stop her and has just been made the face of a campaign by the sports company Adidas because of the way she has continued to embrace the outdoor world despite her illness which is treatable, but not curable

Managed to get 3 paddles in this last week. Left melle at home yesterday though and had a lovely trip on the Don. I know. Words you never thought you'd hear, right. instagr.am/reel/ChtrigygI01/
I absolutely love this dufus but let me tell you a little story.
He fell asleep on me yesterday whilst I was working, with Flash on a chair next to us. Melle farted so loudly he woke Flash up, startling the little old man so much he pops up off the cha… instagr.am/p/Chl_AvlAUos/
A long long time ago I heard a sound on the radio and it just resonated with me. It was about the time I met Jim, so he bought us tickets to see The Gaslight Anthem's first UK tour, for one of our very early dates.

The cancer in my abdomen is growing again. I'm still stable in terms of scan speak, but I'm not STABLE, stable.

Sorry for another pic of my face - but it's treatment day. On a Monday. It's been a long time since I had a Monday treatment but because of my brutal dose of tonsillitis, treatment had to move. So for the next few goes I'm on a Monday timetable!

It's 6 years since I was diagnosed with my primary cancer (and as such it’s just over 4 and a half years since my MBC diagnosis)

My nannans favourite flowers were gladioli. I bought her a bunch every time I saw them. (Well, usually 2 bunches. Her vases we're big.)
A few years ago I planted a packet of glads in my garden so I could take her a bunch I'd grown - but I think I only … instagr.am/p/Cg1A-4hg-op/
I banned Jim from listening to @bbc5live during covid because it was so depressing, but it's crept back in as his kitchen listening.
It honestly stresses me out so much. I find myself shouting at every segment. Especially the cancer ones.
