Run game wise I think it’s scheme. You got lineman and running backs that played primarily in zone schemes or are more beneficial in zone schemes vs running more of a gap scheme and predetermined running gaps fit more for downhill runners.

Strained / sprained my UCL in college. Had to wear the JJ Watt brace a few games… still bothers till this day is elbow moves a certain way but I wasn’t a QB
