Are we talking about trigger points In 2025. Terribly assumptive. Painless trigger points? Eh.
In my entire career or prodding, palpating and poking all parts of the body I've never encountered them.
myofascial pain - so persistent atraumatic pain of assumed musculoskeletal nature. Felt in arms, backs, legs etc ? OK.
Both of these things feel like physio double Dutch.

The gastrocnemius has greater capacity to contribute to plantar-flexion when the muscle is lengthened (both at the knee and also at the ankle). This suggests that lengthened partials will be useful for this muscle in accordance with the principle of neuromechanical matching.
