Three mediums. Endless creativity!
Looking at these final pieces, it’s hard to believe how much these students have grown as artists this year. Their willingness to take risks, learn new techniques, and trust the process has led to incredible results. @olopcatholic

The 4/5 and 5/6 chefs practiced their baking skills with Chef à l’école. We had fun baking and playing the spoons to our francophone music. Thank you to our volunteers who helped us prepare our French recipe called langue de chat.@olopcatholic @BHNFrench

They came out with determination, intensity, and heart. It may not have been the outcome we hoped for, but you played your best game and that’s what matters. Mr. A and I are incredibly proud of this group. The growth in skill, confidence, and teamwork has been amazing to watch.
Lunch with the Principal for these amazing students! Keep shining and keep striving to meet the Hawks’ BIG 5!

We had an adventure this morning looking for the elusive Sloof Lirpa Bird. Only seen in our area on April 1st. We found foot prints, a nest and heard it return our call?

We gave our trees a big hug! How big is our tree. How many friends fit around it? Or is our tree young and only we can hug it?

Our Olympics unit wrapped up with fantastic student presentations! After researching a Canadian athlete, students created posters and performed interviews in character. Some even dressed the part. Creativity, confidence, and great learning all around! 🇨🇦🏅@olopcatholic
