Kalau mahu berhenti kerana prinsip, berhentilah kerana prinsip.
- @anthonyloke

Accepting a ministerial appointment is a personal decision of an individual politician in any democratic system. He or she chooses to accept or decline based ultimately on considerations known only to the person.
Likewise, in instances where a minister is not sacked, whether he or she resigns or remains in government is entirely a personal decision. Nobody can force you to do anything. Least of all your own party leader and especially when it comes to matters of principle.
Having milked dry the “Free Najib over my dead body” mantra, it is time to get off your ministerial high horse, eat your words and resign with whatever dignity you have remaining.
The government will survive with or without you. No need to self inflate your own ego.

The Defence Minister says too few people can attend LIMA in Langkawi.
That is not a case for moving it to Melaka. It is an admission of an access problem the Government itself should fix.
Fix the ferries. Add flights. LIMA carries Langkawi's name. It should stay where that name began. – at Langkawi, Kedah
– at Pendang, Kedah
Two @saudi_aramco transactions. Five months apart. Same counterparty.
That asymmetry does not produce bad actors. It produces predictable outcomes.
Today in @MYBusinessTimes on what this means for @Petronas Malaysia’s most consequential institution: – at Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory, Malaysia
Pertamina. PetroVietnam. PTT.
Three different configurations of state and resource. None of them produced what #PETRONAS produced. The regional record is the argument.
The present dispute between Putrajaya and Sarawak is a contest over an inheritance that neither side fully acknowledges.
That inheritance does not place #PETRONAS beyond criticism. It places a higher burden on how that criticism is conducted.
Scrutiny without proportion is not analysis. It is noise.
Full piece in today’s NST:

Two controversies. One week. One institution at the centre of both.
Malaysian tankers stranded in the Strait of Hormuz. #PETRONAS accused of exporting diesel to the Philippines, then acquitted within a single news cycle.
Both point to a prior question Malaysia has never seriously answered.
Brunei is among the most prized assets in Shell’s global portfolio.
Wealthy. Stable. Not institutionally deep.
Without #PETRONAS, Brunei, Malaya, Sarawak and Sabah combined would have become the most consequential prize in the global energy industry.
Brunei received dividends. Malaysia received institutions.
The question is not who should control #PETRONAS.
It is what Malaysia would actually look like if PETRONAS had never existed at all.
The answer runs through Brunei, through Pertamina, through PetroVietnam, and through a Prime Minister who signed the Petroleum Development Act in 1974 and died less than two years later, never seeing what it produced.

Standard price: ~RM10 (75% Gross Margin)
Bangun KL price: RM5 (50% Gross Margin)
Even at half-price, the Net Profitper cup remains high because the store is already open.
Estimated Monthly Net Profit Uplift: RM6.6 Million.
5/6 The "Unicorn" Narrative 🦄
Beyond the cash, this is about Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). ZUS is "buying" 120,000 daily app users at the cost of a coffee bean.
They aren't just selling caffeine; they are becoming "Urban Infrastructure Partners." That's how you command a premium valuation.

The Verdict: ZUS wins BIG.
How big?
This single campaign could effectively manufacture RM1.78 BILLION in shareholder value by December.
They’ve turned a traffic fix into a massive valuation hack for their 2027 listing. Whether the jam clears or not, the path to a RM6B Unicornjust got a lot smoother. 🇲🇾📈
They should be thanking @hannahyeoh for this.
