if you want to recreate this, here are the things you need:
• any app to sign IPA files
(KSign, Signulous or wtvr)
• Spotify IPA: chroma.pw/
pretty self explaining, got a bunch of features like apple music + you can remove vocals from any song, synced lyrics.. bla bla bla

you just simply add the lyrics + the mp3/wav file and it automatically generates a synced lyric file
