i usually draw a really loose and rough sketch --> lay colors on top of it now. i'd like to get better with choosing my colors!

practicing coloring with values was the thing that helped me learn rending. i used to do b&w studies and learned abt the importance of contrast. though now i kinda do whatever when i render, i'm going w the flow of things now but maybe i should get back to my studies
