2 people in my home state of Akwa Ibom died in a vehicular accident on their way to Tinubu’s campaign event yesterday.
There was no ambulance in sight.
This is the same state that is currently building two hotels (one in Abuja), and a skyscraper in Lagos (yes).
Priorities.
Can't believe that this dark phase is still with us.
Lol.

I don't think the government we have in Nigeria, is fit for purpose - and if we do not change it, it will be a drag on our collective progress.
Okay, fuel subsidies are gone - but with the level of corruption Nigerian politicians are known for; do you really believe they can make wise investment decisions, invest in infrastructure today - for tomorrow's growth?
You all know the answers to the question. Vote wisely.
Don't "over spiritualize" matters, bad leadership literally destroys your potential and the potential of your children - and the doors are closing shut on "easy ways out" - like emigration.

This not true.
The problem is a lack of state capacity. The same people who can afford mobile phones and data, can afford electricity, the problem is that the Nigerian political elite/Nigerian state cannot provide the basic public infrastructure.
1. They couldn't do PSTN (telephone) lines.
2. They couldn't do public sanitation.
3. They couldn't do public broadband.
4. They couldn't do public roads, bridges and railways.
I could go on.
Lol. SE una go advocate polygamy join. Like we are now wrestling with flesh and blood, no?
Christians should stop giving birth to two children. The other religion has an agenda to outnumber Christians — Pastor Philip Olubakin
Pastor Philip Olubakin has urged Christians to reconsider their approach to childbirth, expressing concern that many Christian families are choosing to have fewer children while Muslims continue to increase their population.
Speaking during the Shift Conference on Wednesday, the pastor began by urging Christians to stop limiting the number of children they have.
“Stop having two children. I will explain now. Children are weapons. The Bible says because of those children, the man will not be ashamed. He will be able to speak to their enemies at the gate”
“There’s an agenda to outnumber Christians just by childbirth. Christians are dozing. Christians are saying, I just want one child, one dog. Am a dog mom, cat mom. So Christians are dozing. They are acting cute. They want a cute family. The Muslims are populating the world. I’m telling the truth,” he said.
He further stressed the importance of population numbers, claiming that Muslims were recording higher birth rates and warning Christians against being comfortable with having just one or two children.
He also cited the United Kingdom’s baby-name statistics, claiming that Muhammad had been the most registered name for newborn boys for three consecutive years.
“This year makes it the third year back to back that the highest number of children born in the UK is Muhammad. Three years back to back,” he said.

Agreed! It is grist to Tinubu's mill. However, you need a modest pan Nigerian appeal to defeat Tinubu. At the moment, you are aspirant Buhari circa 2007.

"Reforms are working... Don't worry about all these small small things like food and all... It's the price to pay..."
Meanwhile, dey share Prados and approve more loans on top of our mounting debt.
I woke up this morning thinking about how hard things have become.
We're not living anymore. We're just existing.
Things that should be basic, like food, rent, transport, light and school fees, have become luxuries. You work twice as hard just to prove you're trying, and at the end of the month there's still nothing left to show for it.
Drive through any street and you'll see grown men and women begging. Some of them once had jobs, dreams and dignity. I can't blame them. The system that was meant to protect them failed them.
Every day, prices go up. Every day, we're told to be patient, that the reforms will work, that we should wait a few more years.
But how long can a hungry person wait?
As someone who talks about money every day, this one hurts me the most. I tell people to invest from the little they have. But for millions of Nigerians, that little isn't even enough to survive. You can't invest money that has already been eaten by rent and food before it lands.
Go anywhere in the world and you'll find Nigerians working harder than anyone in the room. We are not lazy. We are not unserious. Life here has just become unfair, and the wealth sits in the hands of a few.
Our brightest minds keep leaving. Doctors, engineers, creatives, builders. They didn't leave because they hate home. They left because home stopped making room for them.
And if you choose to stay and do things the right way, the system frustrates you until it breaks something in you.
To those who benefit from this, who loot what was meant for millions and think it will last forever, remember this. Everything in this life is vanity. The pain you've caused doesn't disappear. One day it comes back to the same table you're eating from.
But I refuse to give up completely. Things can still change if we become intentional and stop accepting this as normal.
The 2027 election is coming. Please, vote with your conscience. Don't sell your vote for a bag of rice and ₦5,000. That money finishes in a day. The suffering lasts four years.
Think about your children. Think about the generation coming after us. They deserve a country that doesn't punish them for being born here.
We deserve better. Nigeria deserves better.
Shalom.

Tinubu is currently playing with fire by manipulating the judiciary through his rogue judges and Wike.
If he does not exercise caution and reverse course, he may soon find the country increasingly ungovernable, starting from the North.
He should allow the elections to be conducted freely, fairly, peacefully, and without interference. He must read the room and understand the growing frustration across the country before the situation spirals out of control and Nigeria descends into chaos.

Edo sef need airline? D7 ideas poku for this country sha.
I am excited to announce that today we signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China Express Airline and KDN Aero, marking a significant step towards establishing Edo Air, our proposed state-owned airline.
This initiative is about more than owning an airline; it is about creating jobs, boosting tourism, attracting investment, expanding business opportunities and making air travel more accessible for Edo people. It will also strengthen connectivity and open new economic frontiers for our state.
Our goal is to build an Edo State where opportunities abound, businesses thrive and our people directly benefit from development.
Edo Air is coming!

Wicked elite. Imagine the destinies of the hapless people of Delta state that would have been transformed had their commonwealth been put to judicious use on his watch as governor. The fact that he continues to be venerated tells you how bright Nigeria's prospects are.
A London court on Tuesday rejected a former Nigerian oil state governor's bid to reduce a $136.05 million asset confiscation order imposed on him after he was convicted in a corruption case.
James Ibori served more than four years in jail in Britain after his 2012 conviction.
