Shared infra works great until agents hammer your app. Then, one overloaded DB can take everything down. That's where Durable Objects come in. Split the load across as many tiny, SQLite-backed servers as you need. Learn how, plus 4 mistakes to avoid, from @AshleyPeacock.

Sunil is just being humble. This guy invented Durable Objects.
I’m overwhelmed but also embarrassed by some of the threads going around and need to post corrections, you’re lionising the wrong dude, everyone’s a shithead, I’m proud of my work and good at telling the story but I’m not unique, please go watch tv and spend time with your family

Alright, Bdots are now called Coworkers bdots was a terrible name github.com/fayazara/coworker… This is a very experimental project, I am still figuring out a ton of things as I build this (hence the delay). This is not an official launch. Here's a video of a bot that sends me a digest from multiple new sources I read, it sends me a message every morning at 7am and also I also asked it to create an app for me using Cloudflare dynamic workers (I feel this is the perfect use case for dynamic workers) More on how coworkers work A bot can be waked up by 1. You message 2. A routine (DO Alarms) 3. You email the bot [email protected] (CF email routing) 4. A webhook 5. Another bot 6. Someone edits a shared app. Each bot has rules so they dont go wild - Edit files - Run commands - Read the web - Drive the browser - Use connected apps (MCP servers) - Message other bots - Schedule routines A bot can - chat - Use Computer (cloudflare/computer) - Read the web (Kitesurf) - Drive a browser, take over. - Follow rules, Check in, Create routines. - has isolate memory or if you explicitly mention - global memory. - message other bots - create apps - can learn from you by looking at your browsing session (very rough still) Architecture - Each bot keeps everything in its own SQLite. There's no separate database. - You sign in to an app once, on the hub. Every bot uses that connection. - The worker only lets you reach your own hub and your own bots. AI Gateway - BYOK or use CF AIG unified billing. - My demo is ugin - deepseek-v4.1-flash-1017 (its really good and surprisingly cheap)
Okay, got way too many DMs, its already open and available. I am working on a little self deploy app, should be up soon

Some stats on #php2shell. In the 10 hours before it was publicly announced, across the @Cloudflare network we saw thousands of attempts to exploit it. That jumped to tens of thousands in the 45 minutes post announcement, hundreds of thousands within 2 hours, and millions now.

For the second time in Google Chrome’s history, Google awarded a $250,000 bounty for a full-chain exploit… to @XBOW. Here’s the full story: At an all-hands at the start of 2026 in Malta, I set the team a crazy challenge. A full-chain exploit of Chrome by the annual Black Hat cybersecurity conference in August. I believed there were few better tests of whether @XBOW could move beyond web applications to desktop software, servers and devices. Chrome is one of the most hardened pieces of software on the planet, used by more than half the world’s population. A full-chain exploit lets an attacker take total control of a machine, where they can read every email, password and bank login the user types. You don’t need to download anything or click a phishing link. Visiting the wrong site is enough. So @moyix, Andres Luksenberg, Baul Lee, and Willem Pinckaers took on the challenge along with a fifth teammate: OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol. They built a chain they thought would win, but Google told us they already knew one of the bugs. We were already in Las Vegas for Black Hat and DEF CON, and the team didn’t want to go home without the win. So Brendan and the agents built a new exploit in just 6 days. We submitted it to Google and waited. The news came through that we'd done what should’ve been impossible. A full-chain bounty of $250,000, the first awarded under Google’s 2026 rules. It took just 6 days and $40,000 of compute to construct an exploit that affects a billion users of Chrome on Windows. An intelligence-agency veteran told me his team used to spend 6 months on this kind of vulnerability. My takeaway: the cost of finding truly critical vulnerabilities is collapsing, for attackers and defenders alike. Restricting powerful models is not the answer; GPT-5.6 Sol is already public. But defenders have one advantage attackers never will: they can test their own code first. Assume your software is exploitable. Whoever is hunting your bugs has the same building blocks we did. This is cause for urgency but not panic. XBOW is now developing an autonomous product for testing compiled software (desktop applications, servers, embedded devices), and partnering with the world’s top organizations to design that product. If you’d like to be one of them, get in touch. P.S. Restart Chrome whenever the Update button appears!
