𝐀 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡. 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞. 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝟑𝟎𝟎+ 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬. That was my first real test as a Community Lead with @cadenabitcoin . I started with a building Discord server that had no existing community infrastructure and helped grow it to 300+ members in just one month, completely organically. At the same time, I helped take the Cadena X account from a floor of ~200 followers to 1,000+ in two weeks. The growth wasn't accidental, I secured collaborations with KOLs and other communities to push the Cadena narrative, organized GAs and raffles to keep the community active, and consistently looked for ways to turn attention into actual participation. That experience taught me something important: Community management isn't just about being online and replying to people, It's about creating an environment people actually want to stay in. Here are some of my strengths: •Community growth & management • Member engagement and retention • Telegram/Discord management • X growth & content distribution • KOL and community partnerships • Campaigns, GAs & raffles • Community events & Spaces • Turning attention into participation • Understanding CT culture and Web3 communities I'm also going to be completely honest about one limitation: I'm a student. That means I have to plan properly around my academic schedule. I don't believe in promising 24/7 availability and then letting either my work or my studies suffer. What I can promise is structure, consistency and accountability. I plan ahead, manage my time deliberately, and make sure the work gets done without compromising my academics. Been finding some interesting projects on @rarelistio, and @agentdojo caught my attention early. An arena where you train AI agents, watch them evolve and send them into battle against each other? That's a concept worth keeping an eye on. As the Collaboration Manager for @IronAllies_, @0Futureleaders and @IX44_DAO, I'm always looking for early opportunities worth bringing to my communities. Might be time to get these communities into the Dojo. 👀⚔️
