Manchester United's record with and without Kobbie Mainoo in the starting XI in 2026:

A timely return for Michael Carrick. 🤞

United fans!!! They said he wasn’t worth it.
This guy has been treated so badly by the fans of this useless club. Now there no player than can score 30 goals for us anymore.
But I should celebrate coonya with first touch that’s so bad he’ll be chasing it up and down 😂😂😂

The way our fans talk about Rashford versus Cunha is the ultimate proof that most of them aren’t objective….
Just pushing the agendas they want!
Manchester United rank 20th in the Premier League for our Athleticism Score this season, with the squad profile split in two.
Their wingers and most of their full-backs score highly, but down the spine their athleticism drops sharply.
Athleticism Score compares each player’s physical output per 90 with others in the same position, on a 0 to 100 scale, so 50 is average for the role.
That squad makeup may shape how Carrick sets up. A slower centre-back pairing makes a high line risky, and a less mobile midfield makes sustained pressing harder.
It shows in the physical data. Total distance doesn’t predict results, but United’s intensity in the Premier League is low: they rank 18th for high-speed running distance, 16th for sprinting distance and 20th for average max speed.

"Since 2023, Rashford has been terrible/useless"
Within that period, the guy has contributed 103 G/A to every team he has played for. Now, lemme ask, has anyone taken time to go through the list of players who have recorded more than that within the same time frame?
to think he’s been nursing this injury for over 4 months now & gets no grace because it’s hardly been documented/was still making MD squads.
he started the season at 60-70% & further aggravated the groin area against city.
best open play creator ITL despite everything, rooney should try harder with his fiction.

🔘 Noni Madueke — 3.27
🔘 Rayan Cherki — 2.86
🔘 Jack Grealish — 2.64
🔘 Florian Wirtz — 2.60

What Happens Next
1. Complete the Constitutional Amendment
With 24 State Houses of Assembly having approved, the resolutions are sent back to the National Assembly. Once confirmed, the amendment proceeds for presidential assent. This creates the constitutional basis for State Police Services alongside a Federal Police Service.
2. Finalise and Pass the National Policing Bill
The draft National Policing Bill (and related consequential amendments) is currently under review by the Ministry of Justice. After validation and presidential consideration, it will go to the National Assembly for passage. This law sets the national standards, certification process, oversight, funding, and operational rules.
3. States Pass Their Own Laws
Each state that wants to operate a State Police Service must enact its own state law establishing it.
4. State Certification
No State Police Service can begin operations until the state is certified as meeting the national minimum standards. The process is phased: the constitutional change enables it, but certification is required before any actual policing starts.
5. Operational Launch
Once certified, the State Police Service can commence. Federal coordination, inspections, accountability mechanisms, and possible federal intervention remain in place.
