openodia 0.1.14 brings a new openodia command: tokenize, normalize, clean, detect language, summarize, ngrams and more.
The CLI uses only the standard library.

mBERT reads Odia at 1.10 tokens per word, its best score in the study.
Yet 87.9% of those tokens are UNK, so most of the text is lost.
