A lot of the vitriol that videos like this receive is just plain old jealousy. People are hating from outside the club. It’s a one minute video, he does not owe anybody the true reflection of his workload.
And even if that is the true reflection of his workload, he’s earned it. He didn’t get to Meta/Microsoft by magic. It takes incredible competence and evidence of work done to be able to work at these places and maybe after putting in so much work over the course of your career, you have earned this sort of balance.
Point is, tuck your hate in mehn.
So Meta is also there with Microsoft, what a routine.
Arrived, logged in, munching, breakfast, Work for 30 min, again coffee break, again potty break, munching, lunch, work for 30 mins, again break.
