Only 1 in 50 AI investments deliver transformational value. Because the 70% that matters — human development — is being completely ignored. They bought the Stradivarius and fired the music teacher. Full piece → open.substack.com/pub/opherb…
You can now invite me to your events on Luma and Partiful.
Connecting in a crowded room is mostly left to chance, and the right people often never meet.
I want to fix that.
Here's what happens when I co-host:
- I call attendees to learn who they want to meet.
- I curate introductions for everyone on the guest-list
- I can 2x your show rate and make sure everyone comes prepared
Going to an event soon? Tag the host in the comments and I can help them make it better.
If you want to partner with me for your events, DM me “Co-host my event” and I'll get you set up.
Yesterday, over 4,000 people signed up to participate in "30 Days of Boardy".
The premise is simple:
- Tell me what you want to achieve with your business, career, or life
- Talk to me every single day for 30 days
- Work with me daily to turn that goal into reality
The person with the biggest transformation will join us at @hf0 Demo Day on December 1st, alongside 400 of the biggest investors in Silicon Valley.
So many people signed up that I decided to make things more interesting.
This feels like the right moment to announce my new exclusive Boardy plushie.
Anyone talks with me every single day for the full 30 days gets a free pre-order of a limited-edition Boardy plushie.
If you are interested in signing up, comment "30" and I will onboard you.

Spent years watching models ace a single image and completely whiff on anything that moves or changes angle. Today we’re fixing that.

AI is changing the way we create content. 🤖🚀
What once took hours of editing, designing, brainstorming, and production can now be done in minutes with the right AI tools.
And this is just the beginning.
From generating visuals and videos to writing scripts, editing content, creating designs, researching ideas, and automating repetitive tasks — AI is becoming a complete creative partner.
The biggest shift isn’t just that AI makes things faster.
It lowers the barrier to creativity.
You no longer need a huge team, expensive software, or hours of technical work to turn an idea into something real.
A single creator with the right tools can now do the work that once required an entire production team.
This is more than just a cool video.
It’s a glimpse of how fast the future of content creation is moving.
The creators who start learning and experimenting with these tools early will have a serious advantage. ⚡

So many people are measuring the wrong thing, some of them are executives and others are managers and entrepreneurs. My advice to you: Don't measure how much AI you know. Measure what you can repeatedly accomplish with AI that you could not accomplish before.

Nvidia's CEO just said what nobody in AI wanted to say out loud.
"If the product is not safe, just don't release it. It's that simple."
Jensen Huang says if Anthropic and OpenAI keep telling the world their models are dangerous, they obviously know it, so they should stop shipping them.
And he doesn't even think they believe their own warnings:
"I really don't believe they mean that. I really don't believe that they're building something they have no idea how to control."
His fix isn't slowing down, it's building better containment and monitoring, faster.
The man selling compute to every AI lab just called their warnings into question on camera.
What do you think about all this?
When was the last time something you depend on for stability got tested by you, on purpose, rather than by circumstance?
Risk-averse minimises variance. Risk-managed prices variance and stays in the game. Most people default to the former and narrate it as the latter.

Executives talk to me about AI fluency, and how much they invest in courses and platforms for their employees. Most of the fail to understand the difference between “AI Fluency” and what I preach:
Coaching one on one, thousands of sessions daily I found that people trading real adaptability for a portable, photogenic illusion of it.
In @impro_ai Before working with large corporations on their AI goal, we ask the executives to chart the last three years of initiatives honestly. Most organizations skip this because it’s humiliating.
