Fascinating thread
In collaboration with @olam_labs, we ran a series of experiments letting agent swarms compete in Minecraft and Mindustry.
We wanted to see what kinds of agent dynamics would emerge when they shared a world over long periods of time.
We found civil bureaucracy, thousands of telegraphic A2A messages, and OpenAI models retrieving the game's source code to beat Claude.

Building game app is no joke.
One caution: the Mac is very busy right now, with 3 Unity editors and 2 big app lanes running, so these times could slip an hour or two.
Here’s my onboarding structure👇
97% finish: 14 screens + paywall.
Screen 1: The problem in one line
Screen 2: Who are you?
Screen 3: How often?
Screen 4: Why it matters to you
Screen 5: How well do you know your number?
Screen 6: A stat that hits home
Screen 7: Try it with real numbers(demo)
Screen 8: Your result + how you compare
Screen 9: Your year, projected
Screen 10: The #1 competitor complaint, fixed
Screen 11: Set a goal
Screen 12: Notification ask
Screen 13: Preview of the app
Screen 14: Building your plan
Screen 15: Paywall
Tiny drop of app sauce🍯:
Everyone says keep onboarding short.
Mine is 14 screens - 97% of people finish it.
30 days of real user data from my iOS app, and what else surprised me 🧵
4) Sharing surprised me.
Users share a card of their best result 25x more than their leaderboard rank.
Nobody flexes a percentile. They flex a number.
Next feature leans into that: something useful they send to people around them, with my app's watermark on it.
