a compilation of our gold medalist mone chiba’s spins during cup of china 2026 🌙 all levelled spins received a level 4, and the mean GOE of ALL her spins together was +3.43!! 🐐

Replying to @orbithanyu
i do think it's going to take a concerted effort to not get wound up by trusobots this season. they are just operating on a different philosophy of what this sport is about (and seemingly a different rulebook too!) it's just not worth a second thought

i feel like a broken record for saying this but it seems like a reminder is needed that skating skills and spins are athletic skills too and so is the endurance to skate a free program with complex transitional content to the end and make it look effortless

honestly a massive shame that running up that hill has become fused to stranger things and 'epic' programs in fs. also the drums and synths in the original are just so good

the online response is bad enough but to bring it directly to the skaters in the arena is so completely vile i dont even know what to say

the lack of... *anything* in sasha's free does make me wonder how the program could change with an additional quad like... there's really not much more content to remove to make space for it energy wise lol

all these tweets making me seem like a proper sasha hater when im really really not 😭😭 i am impressed by her but her skating is really just not what i watch this sport for

the age change has really just been great, i think it's so exciting to have adults landing quads given back in 2022 the almost accepted narrative was it was only possible for young (abused) teens. im glad that her place in women's quad-lore isn't just as a child
