Incredibly grateful for the opportunity to take on this role. Excited to continue learning, collaborating, innovating and finding new ways to help our players and coaches grow!

Some pitching news: We have elevated Owen Cuffe (@owencuffe5) to Assistant Director of Pitching. While he will certainly contribute in many other areas, a primary focus for him will be to help us develop the physical skills of our arms at the lower levels and to create resources that help our coaches continue to grow their technical skills.
More information to come about our pitching infrastructure as we navigate the next few weeks.

Sean Sullivan has settled in very nicely in the AZFL. He's down to a 3.86 ERA with 16 K to just 1 BB in 11.2 IP.
Fastball velo is back to the levels it was when he dominated MiLB. Will be a fun player going into next season.

Clint, thank you for everything you have done in your 20+ years with the organization! Your impact on the Rockies has been immeasurable and will be felt for years to come.
To all my Friends, Rockies fans, current and past Players, members of the entire Colorado Rockies Organization top to bottom,
I would like to extend my appreciation and love for being part of an incredible journey for over 20 years.
I was granted the opportunity to coach and manage this club. Then, I was asked to come back and mentor the young players and future leaders of this organization. Both were gifts. Thank you to Dick Monfort for trusting me with both of those journeys and for always treating me like family and making Colorado feel like home.
What I will hold onto most isn’t the wins. It’s the people! They are what Rocktober was built on. That’s what the next great Rockies team will be built on too.
With my last day being October 31, 2026….just know that I am not retiring…but rather recalculating my journey personally and professionally.
In the words of my favorite Doctor….”Don’t be sad it’s over be glad it happened” - Dr. Seuss
Thank you for your support over the years. My family and I have loved our time in Colorado, and will always cherish our memories in purple.
Make a difference today,
Love Clint

Two All-Star appearances. 105 saves in Toronto.
Now Jordan Romano is in Triple-A, rebuilding his delivery and trying to find his way back to the pitcher he knows he can be.

Owen came to us at Arizona just wanting an opportunity to learn and grow. When someone is willing to grind to earn every dime they make you know you’ve found someone special.
