Right now I'd hire for continual curiosity over almost any credential. Curious people keep checking whether last month's broken AI tool works today.
Someone explain to me why @SouthwestAir thought that garlic and onion pretzels were a good flavor choice with 200 people stuffed in a metal tube?
Southwest: the internet is free, but it’s useless.
@Starlink for all!! 😅
When I’m in situations where I have to type instead of talk to my computer it makes me very aggravated. That’s about as first world of a problem as you can get.

I believe that 99% of success is just the ability to outlast uncertainty. The one who can tolerate the most uncertainty will eventually win.
103 nonprofits applied for our $50,000 Nonprofit Service Grant.
Today our whole team gave the one we picked a full day of strategy, design, video, and web work. Here's the order we did it in, and why it matters for anyone building a brand.
The nonprofit is Hadassah's Hope, a Jacksonville ministry that goes to women who are being exploited and trafficked. They show women the love of Jesus with a hot meal and a real friendship, then walk with each one toward safety.
We spent the morning on messaging and strategy. Everyone sat in one room and worked through the StoryBrand framework with their team until the message was clear enough to say in one breath.
Then we divided and conquered. Video, the website, landing pages, social content, and more, all built from that same message.
That order is the whole lesson for me. When the message comes first, a whole team can build at the same time and it still sounds like one organization. When it comes last, you spend months fixing copy that never fit.
They'll roll it all out in the new year.
This was also launch day for Nonprofit Builders, our new division for nonprofits and ministries: nonprofitbuilders.com
We're doing this again next year. Tag a nonprofit leader who should apply.
So proud of 2 of my kids leading worship together.
So thankful for The Church of Eleven22 and the student team who has poured into them over the years.
God has used this place and these people in such an incredible way over the last decade.
I couldn’t be more thankful.
Every room has three kinds of people in it: BUILDERS, BYSTANDERS and BREAKERS. You get to choose which one you are.
Breakers are the loudest. They complain, tear down people and ideas, and rarely make anything themselves. Following one is exhausting because it’s all negative.
Bystanders are the quietest. They don’t hurt anyone, and they don’t move anything forward either.
Builders walk in asking:
How can I help?
What can we build?
Who should we connect?
What can we create?
I’ve made my choice. I’m a builder, because builders are the ones who shape what comes next.
Build anything big enough and you'll see the trolls come out on the internet.
The best path forward is to stay on mission and keep doing your best to do the next thing God has called you to do.
Calling @elonmusk “dumb” or “lucky” is one of the craziest things I’ve ever heard.
🚨 BREAKING: Democrats are lining up to call Elon Musk dumb, and it's the most embarrassing thing you'll see today.
One called him "one of the most unintelligent billionaires I have ever met." Another said he's "one of the dumbest, luckiest people."
Lucky? SpaceX and Tesla were both about to go under, per Brian Kilmeade. Elon bet everything, the rockets worked, and Tesla came roaring back.
Kilmeade said it best: "I'm embarrassed for those people."
The man builds rockets, electric cars and tunnels. Democrats can't even build a message.
This is the kind of thing you do when you have more money than you know what to do with
