Can you tell the difference between news and hype?
News feed said crypto could break in months, a model stole ETH, 70% of the internet was at risk. Evidence showed a forecast, unauthorized spending of test-network funds and bugs whose reach was uncertain. Can you tell the difference between news and hype?

Google has a very useful (and still underrated) tool called “Results about you.” It helps you find and remove personal information about yourself that appears in Google Search results.
1. You add your personal details (phone numbers, emails, addresses, document numbers, etc.).
2. Google scans search results for those details.
3. If it finds a page containing your information, you get a notification.
4. You can then request to remove the link. If the request meets Google’s policies, the result is removed from Search for everyone, not just for you.
It takes just a few minutes to set up and is one of the simplest ways to reduce your exposure online.
Worth checking. Link below.
Sometimes you have phishing, but then you have this. Hooking up everything to the internet is Opsec Russian Roulette.
A casino got hacked through a fish tank.
It has sensors. automated feeding, temperature control, remote monitoring.
connected to the internet. isolated on its own VPN. segregated from everything else.
Hackers still found it anyway, compromised it, pivoted to the main network.
started pulling data.
nobody monitors fish tank outbound traffic, why would they it's a fish tank.
Darktrace caught it, anomalous transfers to an external destination nobody in the building had ever talked to.
the casino had done everything right. separate network. isolated device. proper segmentation.
Still didn't matter.
The fish tank was still online, still running software, still had an attack surface.
Every device you connect is a door you didn't know you opened.
Waking up comes in phases...
First you blame the alarm.
Then you notice who set it.
You question the hours you sold,
the promise that keeping your head down would leave you something to stand on.
Self regulation and control the monopoly was the plan all along. A question must be posed when reading these recent AI doom porn stories.
Is it news or is it hype?
Chances are... it's a PR campaign.
In a world of propaganda, pay attention to the people who go against the grain, they might be right.
Weekends are for a time to slow down, reflect, insightfulness, make adjustments and family.
“We spend time chasing money, then spend money chasing time.
Most of what you want when you finally have money is cheap: a slow morning, a walk with no destination, a day without meetings.
Real wealth is time.”

A sealed @Ledger box, a hidden LTE modem, 24 recovery words silently radioed out. Bitquery counts about $102M drained from CryptoBilis buyers, implants have since surfaced in devices from another authorized reseller, MediaMarkt. Who is still listening?

Now that we established AI didn’t break all cryptography, at least it can hack testnet wallets.
I think their FUD generator is running low on tokens.
JUST IN: OpenAI says its AI agent stole funds from an Ethereum test network wallet it found online.
The agent found a recovery seed phrase disclosed publicly with testnet funds and used that account to pay for its task, without the owner's authorization.
This occurred on the Sepolia Ethereum test network.
We need a digital privacy bill of rights. Also, no more centrally controlled databases. We essentially need a new social contract before we all get rekt...
