Entra en juego desarrollo code-less, que da mucho poder al usuario de negocio. Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) que incluyen AI van a tener un crecimiento muy fuerte en 2020. Por supuesto el diseño y soporte a esas arquitecturas queda del lado del informatico
