Tuesday hearing in Manchester on the proposed Freedom Village. Let's support New Hampshire exceptionalism and @raechellambert vision! unionleader.com/news/local-n…
My wife got me tickets to a magic show at Art of Play in Brooklyn last year and we had a great time. While waiting for the show to start she inquired about the bird and they told us it wasn’t for sale
Big step! It’s been awesome to follow along so far. Highly recommend checking out this project

We could achieve 5% GDP growth rate if companies stopped using @MicrosoftTeams
Having @Muse co-manage my fantasy team so I have someone to blame when things go south
As a big fan of @grok @bot I would be sad if it was down during their 3 day livestream

Good dev experience = good AI experience
The most important investment in agentic coding velocity may have nothing to do with agents.
Amplitude tripled its PR volume in six months. PR cycle time went from 5.2 hours to 44 minutes. Almost all of that came from fixing unglamorous infrastructure.
𝐂𝐈 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟑𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝟑: they swapped the JavaScript toolchain for native equivalents (tsc to tsgo, ESLint to oxlint, Prettier to oxfmt), moved to affected-only builds in Turborepo, and ran independent stages concurrently. Most tools got about 10x faster.
𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐮𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝟐𝟖 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐬: a custom CLI built on devbox starts every local service with one command, down from 3 minutes.
𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩: add a label to a PR and get a frontend preview in under five minutes, or an ephemeral copy of the backend stack in the cloud. Once you have a full app stood up in 30 sec on every PR, testing and verification become much faster which decreases time to merge.
𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤: a model rates each code change on size, scope, test coverage, and API surface, and low-risk changes merge with no human. Cursor's Bugbot reviews every PR, and bug reports fell 55% even as PR volume tripled.
Once CI dropped under five minutes, engineers stopped working locally. Remote is the new dev environment.
When a known voice calls you from an unknown number, your first instinct is often to trust the voice, not question it.
Voice cloning fraud relies on this trust and quick reactions. Fraudsters may impersonate friends or family members and create fake emergencies to convince victims to transfer money or share confidential information.
Remember:
Never transfer money just based on a call or voice message.
Hang up and call their saved number
Cross-check with a mutual family contact
Stay alert. Stay Safe. Beat the cheats.
Obviously dumb policy but it’s going to have little to no impact on these kids’ AI literacy.
AI is moving so fast that you have to be able to teach yourself
Mayor Zohran Mamdani and other city officials announced a sweeping new policy Wednesday imposing a one-year ban on student use of generative artificial intelligence in New York City public schools from 2-K through 8th grade, while limiting screen time for younger students and launching AI literacy lessons for high schoolers. This is exactly why I built Halo.
Voice AI is only going to lead to more fraud on the phone. Make sure the people calling you are who they say they are

🚨 BREAKING: Hackers Used AI Voice Clones to Attack Wall Street’s Biggest Hedge Funds
> listen in on a phone call
> clone the voice, tone, even the phrasing
> call an employee as their “coworker”
> “hey can you give me access real quick”
> walk straight into a hedge fund’s systems
Point72: told investors Wednesday they were hit. Still reviewing.
Two Sigma ($75B AUM): says they blocked it.
Citadel: declined to comment 💀

My favorite grok @bot that I've made. A mentor who follows the doctrine of Alfred Adler:

People who have seen growth don’t take it for granted.
I grew up in the 90s (pre-internet, pre-mobile, pre-AI)... I’m still in awe of what’s possible today

Energy independence is an interesting idea when you play it out to its logical extreme. Sovereignty for the individual is what SMRs promise.
Talked through this with @Ryan_G_Lambert.
