I’m looking forward to being Run Director at Marple #parkrun tomorrow. I shall be wielding a clipboard with an air of supreme importance. I’ll be wearing a high viz with style reminiscent of them there models on that George Michael video. Oh yeah… 😜 #Iwontletyoudown

It was a beautiful misty morning earlier at Marple #parkrun. Nice and cool, perfect for a #parkwalk. Interesting fact: did you know that if you volunteer as a Tailwalker enough times you actually develop a tail? I know! See indisputable photographic evidence below.

I had a lovely #parkwalk at Marple #parkrun this morning. A cool morning but with beautiful sunshine along the way. Had a great chat with a friend then we had a delicious breakfast at The Norfolk Arms. There’s no better start to the weekend! #loveparkrun

What a brilliant weekend at @equinox24run with @marple_runners! Tough course but beautiful views and my two runs = two medals! #onemorelap #equinox

Hi @silverpebble today I delivered a Time Management course. Part of it was about self care. I explored how connecting with nature is so good for us and highlighted the work you do and your honesty about your mental health. We looked at your beautiful photos, you have new fans ❤️

Big thanks to my ace volunteers this morning at Marple #parkrun - you all did a great job! We’re really struggling for volunteers at the moment, If you can help please email us [email protected] No experience needed and it’s great fun! #loveparkrun

Captains Log Star Date: this morning. High point: Run Directing at Marple #parkrun Low point: fishing two fully laden doggie poo bags out of our clearly labelled parkrun storage bin before we could get the kit out High point: everything from thereon! #loveparkrun #💩

It’s a lovely day for a #parkrun! I’m Run Directing at #Marple parkrun this morning, looking forward to seeing everyone and showing our newest Run Director how to process the results. It’s such an easy process now, no more dark arts with cables and various pieces of kit! 😂

There’s no better start to the weekend than a walk in the sun at #parkrun catching up with a friend, followed by a delicious breakfast with more parkrunners! parkrun is free and you do it at your own pace - come join us! parkrun.org.uk #parkruniseggcellent 😉
