My daughter, 9: “in the future, I really hope science doesn’t figure out how to make us live forever….. I’d like to see what death brings.”

Guess what, I’m moving into my -second rental home in 2 months- in a week or so! Here is area in front of the door to my old rental, and my old kitchen is a pit of dirt that leads to the River Styx probably. I have only cried about 50% of every day so not bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our rental house has been uninhabitable for weeks (long story) so we are getting by on the kindness of our friends letting us stay in my all time fav dream house.
What a refuge this home has been this week ☺️ but also I’m gonna go back to my home and hate everything I have 😂😂
Josh was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and we are both learning what that means for our future in coparenting, and the diagnosis was strangely validating for my past experiences as well. Bonus: therapist was essential in helping me through. (2/3)
So hi. I’m learning who I am again, finding my new normal, and also looking for a job is freaking hard now right?! Anyway I probably won’t be back for another 6 months again but love you all. (3/3)
Hi Twitter friends! The last time I posted here, life was different. Now -
• I moved back to Phoenix alone with my kids
• husband agreed to divorce
• starting life over on my own
• working on healing after years of emotional/verbal abuse / emotional trauma (1/3)
I am really going through something, and it’s hard. And right now I don’t see a light at the end of a tunnel but I really really want to
One of my favorite things about living close to my sister in TX now is how she gives me real time updates on how hot it is in Phoenix vs San Antonio 😂
I miss PHX yall, but this week we have an 87° vs 115° sitch in the forecast. Won’t miss that 😅
When we first moved to Texas, I cried every day, sometimes multiple times a day. But now I’m numb inside and I haven’t cried in a week at least! Follow me for more tips on how to acclimate to a state that is doing everything in its power to reject you!
I’m back! … in the meantime, we moved to Texas over a month ago and we’ve been living out of my sister’s guest rooms while we’ve had three homes fall out of escrow before closing, on our fourth one now. Wish us luck ?
Do you remember when you joined Twitter? I do! #MyTwitterAnniversary is apparently today, and yes I took the X generated tweet and changed it back to Twitter, because I never joined X.
I joined Twitter.
I -LEFT- X.
Big difference.

Feeling the suppression of my southern roots taking a toll and I’ve immersed my week in country music and good memories. And good lord how I’m missing those sticky East Nashville summer nights eating walking around the neighborhood with you talking about our future together
