We truly appreciate our fan’s massive passion for Parr Street and are pleased to confirm our new owner’s plan to include amazing opportunities including expanding the office, creative & commercial space, plus will also expand the hotel. What’s not to like. Love it!
Good to see our new owners have found a great way to save this 1950’s building. They’ve planned a great way to create, expand + add a new economic use. They will repurpose, readapt + reuse what already exists. Brilliant!
