In 1965 my mom drove from Denver to Boston to have an illegal abortion. My uncle & aunt talked her out of it. She often cried when she looked at me, feeling shame for almost aborting me. At the age of 15, I was able to lead her to Christ.
Grateful for that. Grateful to be alive

Jesus...
Avoided original sin by His miraculous incarnation.
Resisted temptations to sin during His perfect life.
Defeated condemning sin by His substitutionary death.
Subdues our abiding sin by His unceasing intercession.
Will destroy all sin when He returns.
Praise Jesus.

Postmodernism: no truth.
Moral relativism: no authority.
Humanistic atheism: no judge.
The Christian message:
Jesus is truth,
Jesus is authority,
Jesus is judge.
Without Jesus, we have no message.
