I’m happy to share that I’ve earned my Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)!!
The culmination of days, months, (and a few years) of learning, studying, internships, and practical/applied experiences have made this possible!!
I’m extremely thankful for the professors, coaches, family, and friends who’ve supported me while pursuing this goal!
