COPA, a bill that had “been through the fire” will give some nonprofits first dibs when distressed buildings go up for sale.
It passed 38-9 in city council and should become law with the mayor’s support.

SHOCKING...ly boring
This morning, Randy Mastro told a judge he'd found "shocking" stuff in a tranche of documents City Hall handed over in a lawsuit challenging the rent freeze.
But texts he highlights, incl. between the mayor and an RGB member, aren't exactly damning.
