Had a quick hack to come up with a script that allows you to translate from @terra_money CW721 to @Algorand ARC69. Heaps of holes in it still, but good starting point for someone. github.com/MakerXStudio/terr… cc @LunaTheDuck001 @DataMuseum @TheAngelOfAres @AlgoFamily @chrisswenor

GitHub issues these days are like "Hey author, I use this open-source library for free (and very likely I earn $$$ from it) but it doesn't support my edge case. It's a huge loss of productivity for me, hence, can you please make it work ASAP?"

protip: if you hate people commenting on your pull requests, just make it very big and complicated. They will be too afraid to comment or ask any questions => direct pull request approval. 👿

I love the feeling when you finish configuring CI/CD pipeline and you can squash 87 "it should work this time", "hmm, why?" or "just debugging" commits into ONE commit "Configure CI/CD pipeline"

TIL, Azure DevOps ignores YAML user defined variables that start with "secret". I should have read the docs more careful

I get tired of "professional" developers complaining of paying for reasonably priced tools. Apparently, everyone is supposed to live on unicorn farts and rainbows.

If you are trying to show someone how something works, prepare some pictures and diagrams. A picture worth a thousand words
When writing unit tests, I hate populating test data manually the most. @rahulpnath shows me the light rahulpnath.com/blog/specflow…. Thank you so much 🙏🙏

In Spain, the army has found deceased old people abandoned in nursing homes, some died in the corridors, others in their beds. One of the ice rings in Madrid has now become a morgue because there's nowhere to store bodies anymore. This is what the situation is like here.

Brexit has reached the part of a waterfall software development process where two years in you realise you aren't going to hit the deadline, your architectural assumptions were all wrong, and no-one wants what you built anyway

I have a wonderful part time opportunity for a .NET Developer based in Brisbane. There are lots of great reasons to work for @readify, so if you would like to ask me any questions about consulting/ Readify / what we're all about; sling me a DM #hiring #brisbane #dotnet
