This went out today to people on the waiting list for adult ADHD assessment in Warrington (many of whom are carers for their own SEN kids). Not very impressive is it @wesstreeting? And before you crow @StuartAndrew this started on your lot's watch. @ShaunLintern.

One of many I suspect. The ambulance service is broken, much like the rest of the NHS. Wake up government it's falling apart, or is that what you want! Is it going to be your excuse for privatisation and let your millionaire buddies profit from people's I'll health?

Today I handed my notice in as a Paramedic Operational Team Leader for Yorkshire Ambulance Service. The ambulance service has been my home for the last seven and a half years, but time for a change now and onto pastures new. #nhs #paramedic #notallparamedicsweargreen

After 12 years today is my last day as a critical care paramedic with the Great North Air Ambulance Service, and probably my last clinical day as a paramedic. After 35 years time for the young ones to take over.
