- Tony Sanchez and the Aggies come in at 3-4 overall but sporting a 2-1 CUSA record, which makes this a big game in the title race
- New Mexico State is anchored offensively by running back James Jones who leads the conference with 777 rushing yards on the year. This contrasts nicely with the Aggie defense which is the best against the run in CUSA giving up only 3.3 yards per carry
- What does this mean for JSU? Defensively: Sell out to stop the run and make NMSU and QB Adam Damante beat us through the air

In addition, I have tasked @FLDEPNews to work with the @SJRWMD to designate wildlife drive and trail system within Lake Apopka North Shore as the John Anderson Wildlife Drive and Trail System.

Alabama's legislative prison oversight committee meets just four times a year and cancelled the last meeting of the year this week due to "scheduling conflicts." The state will go to trial with the DOJ next month over persistent unaddressed horrific prison conditions. The state's position is the harms aren't systemic, despite maintaining the highest prison death toll of any state system in the most incarcerated country in the history of humanity.
