In conf play, Beau Pribula was not in the top 100 QBs nationally in passer rating at 105.43. For reference, Kentucky’s FR QB Cutter Boley ranked 66th in conf play with a 132.04 passer rating over 8 games. Against FBS winning teams, Drones had a better passer rating than Beau.

I really don’t understand the fascination with Beau Pribula. He threw 6 TDs and 7 INTs against Power 4 opponents last year (3 TDs came against Kansas). 0 TD passes in his last four games.

I said something similar when the ACC started distributing money based on performance & TV ratings. How different is it than being independent? There’s obviously things that are easier with regard to scheduling, etc. But at the core of it, ACC teams are already 50% “independent”.

Ditching conference title games almost erases the meaning of conference titles, and they really do become simply groups with pooled media rights. If that's all they are, why wouldn't Miami, Ohio State, Michigan, etc., eventually go indie or form their own/smaller groups?
