Heartbroken for the mother I saw at @UgEquityBank Hoima Branch today. She sat from 1 PM to 4 PM with a sick, crying infant. Only ONE attendant was serving dozens of people. The system is broken. When she finally approached the Operations Manager’s office at 4pm for help, she was told to leave because the manager "couldn't help much." Since when is a sick child not a priority for quick service? To make matters worse, an epileptic customer collapsed in the hall during the chaos. @UgEquityBank, you need to address staffing levels and train your managers in crisis empathy immediately. This is unacceptable. No one was there to assist the mother on how to fill the form, as you can see, on expected turnover, the mother wrote a date instead. Yes, the mother walked away hours later without service. @KeEquityBank @UgEquityBank

The last statement was completely useless
The Crown Prince of the Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom.. Prince David Rukidi Mpuuga Amooti. Born on May 19, 2007, he belongs to the historic Babiito Dynasty and is the heir apparent to the throne of one of East Africa's oldest traditional monarchies. City slay queens, do your job.. you could wake up one day as the queen of Bunyoro haha!

If the Hoima–Kampala road was a person, it would owe me an apology and a full body wash. 😂 Left Hoima a normal person. Arrived in Kampala as a walking red brick.

“Are you available tomorrow?” “What time?” “Can we move it to Friday?” Running a business shouldn’t mean spending your evening arranging tomorrow’s appointments. That’s why I built Evocabo, and I’m opening it up for early access. You get your own booking page. Share the link or QR code, and customers can see available times, choose a service and book. They receive an email confirmation and a reminder before their appointment, and can reschedule or cancel without another round of messages. You keep your bookings, staff schedules and customer details in one place. Whether you run a barber shop, massage parlour, garage, clinic, tennis court or racing track, or offer lessons, consultations or other scheduled sessions, Evocabo helps you spend less time organising bookings and more time serving customers. Early access is free. All current features, with 150 bookings and 500 emails per business each month. No card required. In return, I’m asking for honest feedback. Use it in your business. Tell me what makes your day easier, what feels confusing and what’s missing. There’s a feedback button inside the app. Try it here: evocabo.com Know someone who still manages appointments through calls, messages or a notebook? Send this their way.

This new feature makes Stock count exercise so easy. You can choose between open and closed/blind stock counting. With blind count, the system stock is hidden and the staff do the physical stock count and later on reconcile with the system. It lets you do adjustments automatically with a reason for either positive or negative variance recorded.

Last month, I was installing a Pharmacy Point of sale system at Raimset Pharmacy Hoima. A customer walks in, asks for Penegra- now, I didn't know what that was, but since I was the only one with access to the system and prices, I offered to help. You would have seen me speaking loudly, "Penegra 100 or? then the price,'' the customer felt abit uncomfortable only to be told later that the drug was for.
It’s 8:30 in the morning and someone has already come to the pharmacy asking for Penegra. 😭😂 The man didn’t even greet me. He just walked in, looked around and said, “Mpa Penegra.” I asked him, “Which strength, sir?” He looked at me like I had asked him to explain his entire marriage. “Eh! There are different ones?” Kale, this is a pharmacy, not a betting shop. You can’t just come and say, “Give me the one that works.” Then he lowered his voice and said, “Naye omwana-ono, don’t ask me many questions. I’m in a hurry.” Sir, it’s 8:30 AM. Where are you going with this urgency? 😭 The day has barely started and some people are already working overtime. Ugandans, what exactly happens in the morning that makes some men wake up with such ambitious plans? 😂

Ain't you letting emotions cloud your judgement here? What does failure to meet a mortal man have to do with God
To those sharing illusion of heaven. Mbasekeredde. I have been trying to meet the President (I know there are presidents but with a small p) I wanted to meet the president without the baggage of "LCV Chairmanship Identity" and I have failed. Even when I succeed, I have to be in a group. So I cant tell the president what I want. If getting a president when alive is hard, why do you think its simple tobsee God when you are dead. Statehouse is restricted. Being in God's presence must be more restricted whether dead all alive. Think twice. Not all that die go to God. Heaven is not a bin of illusioned humans.

the entire staff at rukoki general hospital in kasese has gone 4 months without pay these health workers were bein' paid when rukoki was still a health centre iv under kasese municipal council when the facility was elevated to a general hospital, its payroll was transferred from the municipality to the district however, the transfer was reportedly never documented through the required council minute this administrative omission has left 84 workers without their salaries since july the money is available on the district account, but the workers are caught in an endless game of administrative ping-pong by the district leadership many have resorted to borrowin' money from loan sharks just to pay rent, school fees, and meet basic household expenses some are strugglin' to afford transport to work @melvinnasasira, who reached out to me about this a few weeks ago, has received accounts of workers goin' hungry, accumulatin' debts and facin' threats of arrest over loan defaults i've had conversations with some of these people and the situation is bad these are the people expected to show up every day, attend to patients and keep a public hospital runnin', yet they cannot reliably afford to get themselves to work and this is not some small health facility with a negligible patient load rukoki handles more than 600 deliveries every month, averagin' approx. 20 to 30 deliveries every day around 15 of these are reportedly performed through caesarean section its maternity ward has a standard capacity of only about 20 beds and frequently operates beyond that capacity we're talkin' about a hospital handlin' a substantial volume of maternity and surgical cases, with medical staff expected to attend to mothers, newborns and other patients under already difficult workin' conditions rukoki was elevated to a general hospital partly to address the shortage of hospital-level healthcare in the district's central municipality followin' the repeated destruction of kilembe mines hospital by the nyamwamba floods for years, much of the population has had to rely on st. paul's hospital, operated by the anglican church, and st. mary's hospital, operated by the catholic church the other government general hospital, bwera general hospital, is considerably farther from the district's administrative and commercial centre and the timin' makes this situation even more alarmin' congo continues to battle ebola outbreaks, includin' transmission in provinces in the eastern part of the country and kasese shares a border with it how do we expect health workers to sustain such a system while withholdin' their salaries for 4 months? how can a missin' council minute be the reason why 84 people go unpaid for 4 months? why should 84 workers bear the consequences of administrative failure and incompetence? these 84 people deserve their salaries, they deserve answers from those responsible and the people of kasese deserve a functionin' public hospital this matter needs to be resolved immediately 😒
