I got pulled over on the highway for going 7 mph over the speed limit. As the officer started walking up to my truck, I rolled down my windows. Out of nowhere, my adorable and apparently genius 7-year-old granddaughter started screaming from the backseat: “It’s coming out!!!!!” “I can’t hold it any longer, Paw Paw!!!” “It’s almost hereeeee!!!” The trooper definitely heard every word. He stepped up onto my brush guard, leaned in the window, and asked her, “What’s going on back there??” She looked him dead in the eyes and said, “I’ve got poop coming outta my butt!!” The officer lost it. Absolutely lost it. He was laughing so hard he could barely stand up straight. Meanwhile, I’m sitting there completely shocked and mortified. He asked how far we had to go. I told him about two miles to the house. Still laughing, he said, “Drive safe and get Miss Thang home to handle her business.” As soon as we pulled away, I asked, “What in the world was that about?!” She smirked and said, “I saw it on YouTube. I didn’t think it would actually work.” I asked, “So… you’re not pooping?” She said, “Nope. And you’re not getting a ticket either.” I don’t know whether to ground her or hire her as my attorney, but this kid might be my hero. Credit goes to the respective owner
