Mozaic (AUv3 plugin) by Bram Bos now runs (albeit unofficially) on Silicon Macs.
Mozaic allows you to script your own midi plugins, but you really don't need to code anything yourself - just download one of the 400+ free scripts other people have made and shared on Patchstorage:

Quick overview I did last year:

Not much to look at, this app, but it's crazy useful and is for sure one of my desert island apps.

Mela 7.17 is out with 2 new modules: Pitch Reader and Frequency Offset.
Pitch Reader displays Pitch signal information, and Frequency Offset lets you detune 2 oscillators to beat at the same rate across the keyboard.

🏆 Coming VERY soon from Snorkel Audio .. Additive - Spectral Morphing Synth!!
Additive is the vintage synth from a parallel universe, where building sounds from harmonics became the standard instead of subtractive filtering. Currently pending App Store review.. stay tuned!

This is maybe a big deal for people who use AUM with hardware sequencers or grooveboxes etc. Folk have complained (rightly) for years that AUM can't receive midi clock. This new ClockBridge AUv3 apparently solves that problem.
You route your hardware's MIDI into it and turn on Ableton Link. Your hardware will now set the tempo, and pressing play on the hardware will start AUM straight away on the hardware's downbeat.

🚨Plugin Alert🚨 Tanel Teemusk has released ‘ClockBridge - MIDI clock to Ableton Link’ on iOS!!
Make AUM follow your hardware. ClockBridge turns your sequencer's MIDI clock into Ableton Link, so your iPad keeps tempo and starts on the downbeat.
AUM can send MIDI clock, but it can't follow one. ClockBridge closes that gap. Available NOW in the App Store!!

🚨Plugin Alert🚨 Noided Industries has released ‘PNEUMATIC - Valve Pressure Synth’ on iOS!!
Push the lever and pressure builds in the tank. The pipe starts to whistle, the leak screams higher and the gauge climbs. Let go and it slams back, bleeding off into silence. Push it all the way across and it latches for a sustained drone. Available NOW in the App Store!!

There's a new "Halloween bundle" for all the (currently) 7 Diego Capoccitti synth and FX apps for iOS for $28, that's $7 off the normal price of $35 (which is already mad cheap haha).
BTW, his next release will be ImpulseDie, based on the Pulsar-23.
I've done walkthroughs on SwarmaDie (Swarmatron), AlchemDie (Strega), OktaDie (Lyra-8) and NerDie (ROAT) on YouTube, and I have a walkthrough on DroneDie (Grendel Drone Commander) on my Patreon.
These are all separately available as desktop plugins btw, over on his site:

Tomorrow, I’ll release Mela 7.17 with some new modules, but this new feature will have to wait for the next update (8.0), as I’ll be improving other layout stuff especially to improve the UI for the iPhone Duo.

Pleasantly surprised how fun the Novagrid sequenced FX plugin by Mario Nieto is. The tools for drawing the sequences are top notch, I love the vowel filter.
It’s not perfect, some UI elements are a bit fiddly - for example it’s very hard to quickly and accurately move to your desired numerical value for things like Grid Steps (bottom left). Overall, I’d recommend this though.
Detailed 35-minute walkthrough and review, with lots of demos is on any paid tier of my Patreon:
