had to read the word thinking five times because i kept reading it as thin king and i tried really hard to figure out what that was a typo of because it did not make sense at all, this is extremely embarrassing for me

four separate men at the train station sitting leaned down with their head in their hands. Rough night for many.

i feel the same about people sharing fic downloads as them sharing fic links, it’s very lovely and flattering to me and like all the same information is included (tags, author notes, links back to work) so no context or credit is lost and it’s not just something i’ll ever mind

most of my fics (bc i do actually have more than one) are orphaned or anonymous so this is sort of irrelevant for me to say but still

It’s barely been one day of ao3 down and some of yall are already starting ridiculous discourse. Ppl downloading + sharing fics when the site is down is such a lovely example of community and is functioning exactly as ao3 intended: preserving access to fics.

because i’m so egregiously out of the loop i had no idea jxj concert was today and i’m getting attacked with videos, no defenses up, not emotionally prepared at all. I started crying at work over jeonghan coincidence.

in these trying times podfics need to be (?) hosted on a different site and get embedded/linked on ao3, some are hosted publicly (on internet archive and youtube for example) and can be accessed (there seems to be quite a few only accessible with a link though)

bigger and older fandoms usually have more podfics (like, obviously) and also just bc this is a kpop account, there’s quite a few for seventeen and last i checked &team didn’t have any unfortunately

and i guess if you know a podficcers social media you could always ask them if they’re willing to share the hosting links (what gets shared/is public can also depend on authors permissions)
