My speculation is that Sey never even began the spousal green card application.
Here’s why:
I went thru the spousal green card process.
We didn’t have a lawyer because we couldn’t afford one. We filed it all ourselves.
You are mailed notices after every form filing or appointment.
You keep records of every form filing and appointment.
My sweet American wife was TERRIFIED that I would get deported in a midnight ICE raid and so we had EVERY document filed and triple checked as evidence of me being IN PROCESS.
This was an all consuming part of our life in the first 6months of our marriage.
We took copies & pictures of everything before we mailed it proving we were in process.

Also, every job I have had has required my green card “A number.”
Did he lie to the school?
Or did the school pay him under the table?
America is better with Christian men in it. Men like @SlowToWrite. That reality does not place anyone above the law.
But it does mean we can hope a man of integrity is able to resolve his legal issues lawfully and return and benefit our great Nation.
Why was he ever platformed? How did he get a diploma if he dropped out? Who helps him? Why do they help him?

.@MikeWingerii has asked for a mandate from Scripture, not a thin principle that Christians are left to stretch over a whole nation. That's a fair request of anyone claiming that God requires something.
Psalm 2 gives one, addressing rulers directly:
“Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish in the way, for his wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in him” (Psa 2:10-12).
This is a command to civil authorities. The Holy Spirit addresses men in their public office and commands them to serve the LORD and kiss His Son.
If magistrates are commanded to serve Christ, then political authority cannot be religiously neutral, and the nation they govern already stands under that command.
The question that remains is how a nation can faithfully obey Christ in its laws, courts, schools, and protection of life in the womb.
That is a conversation worth having carefully and charitably among brothers. It begins under the same warning and resting in the same mercy: "Blessed are all who take refuge in Him."

Actually it’s the most adult way of thinking. It’s what parents tell their children. You do not debate the logic, reason, theology, and politics of your decisions with children. Liberals and anyone else who doesn’t get it yet are children. Spare the rod, spoil the child. This is happening. These people are getting the hell out of our country because we said so. Foreigners and the children among us do not make the rules. We do.

Former border hawk James White decided to comment on the Samuel Sey situation, all while saying he would not be commenting until he heard from Samuel Sey. Suffice it to say, he’s very disappointed in all of you for talking about it prematurely, especially you, Mister!
Open borders proponent James White claims that a rational, moral, and ethical person should realize that an illegal immigrant like Samuel Sey should be allowed to stay, because, you know, he says and does the right (Good™️) things! White completely discounts the very likely scenario that Sey’s words and behavior are merely just a part of his grift, as a “based” black man in the reformed ghetto. Riding Voddie’s coattails as it were.
Noted ICE protester James White then provides a Jesus juke, wherein he says that no one should talk about this until the accused is allowed to speak on the matter, especially the racists, Nazis, blah blah blah. White has never held to this standard when addressing his own detractors, and he’s breaking his own rule with Sam Sey in this clip!
Finally, Marxist globalist traitor James White starts reciting Eli’s talking points regarding ICE and the DHS, as if they must be lying in this case, there must be some mistake regarding Samuel Sey. This narrative has already started falling apart, based on Sey’s past statements about his immigration process. But just think about it, who is Samuel Sey to the U.S. government? He’s just one of millions of visa overstays. The DHS doesn’t care that he’s a Christian blogger with a modest following. Why would it seek to make an example out of him? Obviously, it wouldn’t.
The Trump Administration is simply doing what people elected it to do. James White used to be one of those people, but no longer.
